What is UC?
UC (Unknown Cash) is the in-game currency of PUBG Mobile, used for Royale Pass, outfits and crates.
How fast is delivery?
Orders are fulfilled manually after payment is confirmed, usually within 5–60 minutes during support hours. Your tracking page shows the live status.
Where do I find my Player ID?
Open PUBG Mobile, tap your avatar in the top-left corner. Your numeric Player ID is shown under your name — tap to copy it.
Do you need my password?
Never. We only need your numeric Player ID. We will never ask for your password, login or 2FA codes.
Can I get a refund?
If we cannot deliver your UC, you get a full refund. Delivered UC cannot be refunded. See our Refund Policy for details.
